dj2d Terms & Conditions

1.1 Age Requirement

dj2d services are available to players aged 21 and above only. You must confirm that you are 21 or older and legally permitted to gamble before opening an account. If dj2d becomes aware that an account holder is under 21, the account will be closed immediately and any remaining funds will be handled in accordance with applicable rules.

1.2 One Account Per Person

Each player may only open one account at dj2d. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same person, all of those accounts may be closed and deposits may be cancelled. Attempting to circumvent this restriction is also covered under this rule.

1.3 Providing Accurate Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and complete. If false information is found, dj2d may close the account at any time and refuse withdrawals.

• Name — as shown on your national registration card
• Date of birth — accurate year, month and day
• Contact details — a phone number or email address where you can be reached

1.4 Password Security

Keep your dj2d account password confidential. dj2d is not responsible for any losses caused by unauthorised access to your account. If you suspect your password has been compromised, contact dj2d customer support immediately.

3.1 Welcome Bonus

New players at dj2d can claim a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to 200,000 Ks. The bonus amount matches the deposit amount but will not exceed 200,000 Ks.

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager the bonus amount x10 times first. For example —

• Deposit 20,000 Ks, receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, account balance becomes 40,000 Ks. To withdraw, you must wager 20,000 Ks × 10 = 200,000 Ks.
• Deposit 420,000 Ks, receive a 200,000 Ks bonus, account balance becomes 620,000 Ks. To withdraw, you must wager 200,000 Ks × 10 = 2,000,000 Ks.

3.2 VIP Cashback Bonus

The higher your dj2d VIP level, the more weekly cashback you earn. There are three VIP tiers —

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

VIP level progression is based on your playing activity and platform usage, and is determined at dj2d's discretion.

3.3 Bonus Cancellation

Bonuses and any winnings earned with them may be cancelled in the following cases —

• Breaching or circumventing the terms and conditions
• Bonus abuse detected
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly
• Meeting wagering requirements through means not involving genuine gameplay

5.1 Privacy Policy

dj2d has a Privacy Policy in place to protect players' personal information. You can read the full details of how we operate and how your information is used in our Privacy Policy.

5.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

dj2d may verify a player's identity before approving a withdrawal. Verification may include —

• A copy of your passport or national identity card
• Proof of payment method ownership

If you refuse these checks, your withdrawal may be put on hold.

5.3 Data Security

All website communications are encrypted and transmitted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. Players' financial and personal information is stored with the highest level of security we can provide.

7.1 Right to Suspend Service

dj2d reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account or pause services at any time without prior notice. Where an account is closed in this way, we will make reasonable efforts to return any genuine cash balance (excluding bonuses) to the player.

7.2 Liability for Technical Issues

If players are unable to complete a game or suffer losses due to server failures, website downtime, or connection interruptions on dj2d's end, dj2d cannot guarantee a refund for those sessions. However, each case will be reviewed and resolved fairly based on the circumstances.

7.3 Third-Party Service Liability

dj2d is not responsible for any difficulties players experience due to failures or delays from payment services (KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay). In such cases, you will need to contact the relevant payment service provider directly.

9.1 Right to Amend

dj2d may update these terms and conditions at any time, and the changes will be published on the website. Continuing to play after publication means you accept the updated terms.

9.2 Severability

If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be unlawful, the remaining provisions will continue to have full effect. The unlawful part will be replaced with the closest valid provision possible.

9.3 Language Priority

The Myanmar language version of these terms and conditions is the official version. In the event of any language discrepancy, the Myanmar language version shall apply, and dj2d's decision is considered final.

9.4 Copyright and Intellectual Property

All designs, code, content and images on the dj2d website are the intellectual property of dj2d. They may not be copied, distributed or modified in any form without dj2d's written permission.
